Heart Sounds International (HSI) is a ministry of OM Arts that focuses on encouraging indigenous worship around the world. As an HSI team, participants will facilitate songwriting workshops to encourage the local people to worship in indigenous styles.
The HSI team will facilitate two three-day workshops, one in Kosovo and a second in Albania. These workshops will include instruction on transcultural theological principles of worship, cultural exploratory exercises, and songwriting in indigenous music styles and forms.

Prior to entering the country, the team will do whatever research is possible from afar and prepare workshop materials accordingly, under the team leader’s direction and with much input from the host in country. During the trip, the team will need great flexibility and sensitivity as they adapt the prepared materials to the needs of the participants in each location. The team may make simple recordings of new songs for the participants.
Photographer/videographer: Amateur or professional level skills in photography &/or videography are needed to document the trip for publication on the website, in social media, in newsletters, &/or public relation materials. He or she must be flexible & able to adapt to whatever the needs are during the trip. Applicant will need to bring his/her own gear.
Participants will stay in a host home.
Participants will eat in host homes and in local restaurants. Please advise of dietary needs and restrictions.
Please arrange to fly into and out of Pristina Kosovo. As a team, you will take a vehicle to and from Albania.
Overall good health is required. Please advise of health limitations.
Although many countries may enter Kosovo and Albania without a visa, please check with your local embassy to confirm visa requirements for both countries.
